Skaxo is the holding company for www.thehappylocal.com, who are advertising on Google and reselling ads under many keywords that appear on Yahoo. This company is using Google as a means to defraud legitimate advertisers who use the search engines to advertise for business.
As a "do-no-evil" company, this is indeed evil ... policy should be to refuse to advertise parked domain urls that are resellers of ppc advertising. They are unjustly enriching themselves at the expense of legitimate advertisers.
Legitimate advertisers must stand and strongly protest trade names being advertised on www.thehappylocal.com advertising appearing on Google (ceiling tiles, ceiling tile, etc).
We note this domain just began advertising in may of 2007 and they have an Alexa internet ranking of 164000 yet a page view ranking of 1.5 page views per visit, lots of clicks but little interest.
We have lowered our bids on Yahoo for every category that we find ourselves advertised on this bogus parked domain. we cannot block them from the yahoo site as that is the yahoo policy. So we will opt out of the yahoo system where we feel we are being defrauded. This will cost yahoo money in the long run from our company.
We would hope that Google would investigate this abuse of your system and not allow this type of fraud to take place.
